      Increasing understanding of diversity for Organisations

      Cultures are becoming more and more intermingled; gender and sexual identity are now far more openly fluid; the complexity of our ability to function is increasing as we live longer due to technological and medical advancements.

      No tick boxes, no tokenism, no tricky techniques. We're casual yet effective. But here's the spiel...

      Free initial consultation

      Talk to us about what changes you want to make to your diversity profile – your own competency and confidence, team, project or organisation. We'll negotiate cost and work alongside you from here.

      Assessment and agreement

      You'll map your current state and come up with how you want to work with us to increase diversity competence and confidence in creating short-, medium- and long-term strategies. We provide:

      • leadership development
      • consulting/advising
      • stock take and  gap analysis
      • mentoring/coaching
      • facilitation/speaking
      • PR & social media
      • and other services

      Delivery

      You'll be confident to implement your strategies. Some things you can do, other things we'll coach you to do and give constructive feedback along the way.

      Evaluation

      You'll regularly evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies.

      Continuous improvement

      If things aren't working or could be improved, we'll help you agilely change direction.

      Review

      At a pre-determined date, you'll review your progress and decide with us what your next steps are.
