Talk to us about what changes you want to make to your diversity profile – your own competency and confidence, team, project or organisation. We'll negotiate cost and work alongside you from here.
Assessment and agreement
You'll map your current state and come up with how you want to work with us to increase diversity competence and confidence in creating short-, medium- and long-term strategies. We provide:
Delivery
You'll be confident to implement your strategies. Some things you can do, other things we'll coach you to do and give constructive feedback along the way.
Evaluation
You'll regularly evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies.
Continuous improvement
If things aren't working or could be improved, we'll help you agilely change direction.
Review
At a pre-determined date, you'll review your progress and decide with us what your next steps are.
